Description and Details
A media brand for B2B founders, built on one idea: every business runs on three systems — offer, sales, delivery. Every issue breaks down what's actually working in one of them, with real names, real numbers, and steps you can copy. 145 issues published. Three pillars: Newsletter — ~35,000 subscribers, mostly B2B founders, at a ~39% open rate (category average is in the twenties). LinkedIn — 20,000+ organic followers. Slack community — paid, 60+ founders. On revenue: a primary ad typically sells for around $1,000. We have a media kit but have never done outreach — every dollar so far is 100% organic and inbound. Sponsors who found us, paid community members, and platforms like paved.com and Passionfroot. My thesis: in the age of AI, content is free — trust and distribution are the only moats left. Stick with this long enough and it's either a serious distribution engine or a standalone media company.

Strengths
We're building a real community, not just another email list. A private, paid Slack of 60+ founders — actually engaging with each other, not just receiving sends — backed by a LinkedIn page with 20,000+ organic followers. The core list is 35,000 active B2B founder subscribers, largely based in the USA, with a 39% open rate — roughly double the newsletter category average. Every issue follows a proven format: one real, working example in offer, sales, or delivery, with names and numbers instead of theory. Two years of consistent publishing (145 issues) has built genuine trust with a hard-to-reach, buyer-grade audience.
Opportunities
Ad sales have never been actively pursued either. Every sponsorship to date came inbound, with no outreach, no media kit distribution, and no pricing negotiation — so there's clear room to raise rates and build a real sponsorship pipeline. The Slack community and LinkedIn page are also under-monetized. A buyer could expand the paid membership, add cohort-based offers, or use the audience to cross-promote products, tools, or partnerships in the B2B space.
